David Shaheen, Esq.
Palm Beach County, Florida
As one of the firm’s trial attorneys, Mr. Shaheen has extensive insurance litigation and trial experience in the civil courts across Florida, accumulating millions of dollars in settlements and jury verdicts. Mr. Shaheen fights to hold insurance companies accountable for mishandling claims, and has successfully overturned thousands of insurance claim denials and underpayments for his clients.
Before joining Ged Lawyers, David tried multiple felony and misdemeanor cases at the Broward State Attorney’s Office. He also spent time working on the defense side defending Insurance companies before leaving to protect the rights of homeowners, business owners, multi-family dwellings, mobile home owners, commercial properties owners, renters, tenants, and the like. David now works to protect the community from tactics from Insurance companies to delay claims, deny claims without explanation, and make payments for less than what repairs are actually worth.
Mr. Shaheen graduated from Villanova University with a Bachelor of Science in Business, while also playing Number One Singles and Number One Doubles as Captain of the University’s Varsity Tennis Team. He then attended law school at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude, and was on his school’s Law Review, Trial Team, and Moot Court competition teams, where he competed nationally and finished in the top-10.
