Mr. Skirvin was born and raised in South Florida. After graduating from high school, he moved to Virginia where he attended college and law school. He practiced law for several years in Virginia before moving back to Florida.
He has litigated thousands of PIP claims, representing various medical providers against insurance companies, throughout the state of Florida to recover PIP benefits that were wrongfully reduced or denied.
In his spare time, he enjoys playing golf and is involved in several charities and non-profit organizations.
